School Day

The  Core School Day

The core school day starts at 9am and finishes at 3.30pm from Year Reception to Year 6.

The Pre-School day (2 year old provision) operates morning sessions which go from 9am to 12pm  and afternoon sessions from  12.45 to 3.45pm.

Nursery offers three options morning, afternoon and flexi. Morning sessions are from 9am to 12pm, afternoon sessions from 12.30 to 3.30pm or flexible places 2 whole days and 1 half day (up to 15 hours).

 Extended Day (Out of School Hours Learning)

We offer a range of extended day activities:

Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am to 8.55am (Breakfast is served throughout up to 8.40am).

Activities include, board games, computing, bench ball or a quiet area to for reading/homework.

There are 8 spaces for children from Reception (aged 5 only) through to Year 2 and 13 spaces for children in Years 3 through to Year 6. To apply for a place at our Breakfast Club click here

Playcentre

Our Playcentre runs from 3.30 to 5.55pm.

Activities include, arts and crafts, cooking, homework help, outdoor play etc.

There are limited spaces and these must be booked in advance.

Termly Clubs

Each term parents are given the opportunity to apply for various clubs such as Multi-sports, Football, ICT, Steel Pan, Drama etc.

For some of the clubs there is a small termly charge and places are offered on a first come first served basis. Some clubs are sponsored through fundraising by our school PTA.

Information about these clubs are usually sent home at the beginning of each term.
